Since when does one talk on a cell phone in the bathroom. I was just in the bathroom and I saw some guy on his cell phone. He wasn’t in the stalls or anything, but just standing around by the sinks. What is going on? When I came in, he left. If he wanted privacy, he should have gone outside or to his car.
